We do this by setting standards, providing good training, and maintaining the right focus at all levels, so that the sustainability goals are achieved. At HG, we aim to increase the number of young and adult individuals with relevant experience and education to contribute to the sustainability of HG School. Additionally, we will hire and support apprentices (4.4). Our goal is to become carbon neutral and promote a circular economy. However, we don't aim to only be sustainable in terms of environmental and climate impact. We also strive for sustainability in business ethics, towards our employees, and generally in the governance of Håndverksgruppen. Our employees are trained in ethical guidelines and we have clear procedures for whistleblowing. In addition, we impose the same strict requirements on our suppliers and partners as we do on ourselves.
